Shouzo Uehara- Writer for Goranger, JAKQ, Denziman and Sun Vulcan.
Susumu Takaku- Writer for Battle Fever J.
Hirohisa Soda- The one with the most work. He was the writer of Goggle V, Dynaman, Changeman, Flashman, Maskman and Liveman on his own. He later got the help of Toshiki Inoue for Turboranger and Fiveman. He became the co-writer of Noboru Sugimura for Ohranger and Yoshio Urasawa for Carranger.
Toshiki Inoue- His only sole work was Jetman. He did manage to change Sentai genre into creating what is still being considered by many as the best Sentai ever although others may disagree with Jetman being on the top.
Noboru Sugimura- He was the sole writer of Zyuranger, Dairanger and Kakuranger which were being used for MMPR footage for the first three seasons. He also was the head writer for Ohranger, again which was inserted into the Zordon arc and had the help of Hirohisa Soda.
Yoshio Urasawa- He was famous for the cracktastic Carranger series. I think this guy must have spent time watching nonsense shows to make such a funny show!
Junki Takegami- He wrote Megaranger, Gogo V and Gaoranger. He could be one of Judd Lynn's favorite writers. He managed to improve the sibling team concept in Gogo V and wrote in the multi-gattai sequence into Sentai through Gaoranger.
Yasuko Kobayashi- She wrote Gingaman and Timeranger. I thought of it that she's a pretty dark writer when it came to Timeranger. Nice work for a woman. Thanks for the correction from all the recent comments.
Naruhisa Arakawa- He wrote Abaranger and Dekaranger. He tends to balance the dark themes and light themes properly as to avoid the show from becoming "too dark". Since he'll write for Goukaiger, I can't wait!
Maekawa Atsushi- Magiranger was an epic family team masterpiece. Too bad he hasn't written much for Sentai.
Shou Aikawa- As Boukenger's writer, was he watching too much adventure movies? Why? Boukenger was so adventure-based and a different twist!
Michiko Yokote- The woman known as Michiko and her team did Gekiranger which was well done but Goseiger, well it started to fall down really IMO. Sorry for the Kalish comparison. :X
Junki Takegami- Go-onger's cracktastic humor and seriousness was well mixed IMO.
Yasuko Kobayashi- He had the help of Akatsuki Yamatoya and Daisuke Ishibashi while he managed to integrate the Samurai concept quite well. Shinkenger was otherwise just awesome.
Saboru Yatsude- Many of them use this as a pen name and I wonder who they are. If it wasn't for this group, Goseiger would fall.
